Refund Policy
We stand by our products 100%. We do our best every day to make you happy and smile while using our service, but we understand that our IPTV subscription plans may not work perfectly for everyone at all times. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you have an issue that we are unable to resolve and that renders the system unusable, we are more than happy to refund you.
How to request a refund?
Please note your transaction order ID with the subject line: “Refund Request” and describe in your email the issues you are experiencing and the reason for this request. In some cases, you must send us proof, and we will also send you evidence of our work and the things we notice and need to show you to better explain our point of view and our decision in a more detailed and transparent manner.
Conditions:
If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will refund your money. Please contact our 24/7 live support at any time if you need assistance.
We recommend that every customer try it out before purchasing a 1- to 12-month plan.
When the user is unable to configure their own box and system:
We will provide our best support to configure their boxes, devices, applications, and system in all cases of support requests. This is because we are not familiar with the circumstances surrounding the box, devices, and system, etc. Our support is limited to predefined steps for device configurations.
If some channels freeze, buffer, or sometimes do not work:
Although almost all of our servers are stable, occasionally some channels may freeze or not work for various reasons, but this is not permanent. Our expert engineers are always working to fix them.
Most of the time, these issues are temporary and caused by the following reasons:
Client internet fluctuations.
Problem with the box/app/client configuration in general.
There’s a problem with your ISP.
The channel has been down since the server shutdown.
The client changed their mind and wanted to unsubscribe/switch between servers.
Server update/restart on our end (weekly performance required).
If the user/client cannot watch their IPTV subscription plan for more than 48 hours due to a server issue or any other issue caused by us or our end, we will refund the full price of the plan or add all the lost time to your subscription for free, plus some additional bonuses that we can negotiate together.
